A simple warning about those who want to join KodiCableNetwork (KCN) - Don't. Like seriously, do fucking not. I will try to limit my language
throughout this document in terms of its foulness but from what I have had access to it is a cybersecurity nightmare that only
cares about its major creators and doesn't plan entirely for what might happen, in which case please note the following:

- A user's username is their call sign.
- Their pass is their stream key
- They hash absolutely nothing it seems.
- Their security is built on "Trust me bro! I won't do stupid things with your data!" audits, SSP, from someone who DOES cybersecurity, audits... have someone pentest...
- No public facing policies on their site for acceptable use of the platform (Community Guidelines, Copyright)


If you cross them they will do one or more of the following:

- Accuse you or your community of pedophilia
- Accuse you or your community of zoophilia
- Lie their asses off to try to harm reputation
- Skim through socials to find things to blackmail with.


At about 11/24/2023 23:13 EST - We had removed a user from HyperionTV's Discord that originated from KCN's Discord...
... in which we stayed silent on until now.

- The user had violated Discord's terms of Service on gang related content by posting gang sign gifs.

- Subsequently the user had said the following: "Are u being mean to me cause im autistic"

Shortly thereafter, the owner herself had stepped in and taken care of it.
As there is a zero tolerance policy for Terms of Service violations there is
ALSO no escaping punishment with any excuse. Disability or not if you are breaking the rules expect the same treatment as everyone else.


Afterward a groupchat per the request of the owner was made, reminder of the above of if you cross them the first listed.
They likely pulled a video from the homepage and as the codebase does not account for curation,
accused us of supporting pedophilia. We ban those people on sight.


- One of the mods left the group chat and some chatlogging later...
... the owner of HyperionTV left the group chat too.


At about 11/25/2023 00:30 EST - Peyton came from the groupchat with some random key to raid. He was intercepted by an administrator and was issued a ban...
... basically for the obvious.

harassing server members (such as server raiding)." - Discord Community Guidelines.



At about 11/25/2023 05:05 AM EST - SSP was banned, as he ran KodiCableNetwork.


- A bit of an important note about SSP that we found LATER... Dev code of KodiCableNetwork was being rolled back after change.
Suspicion of leadership from KodiCableNetwork was suspected.


What happened Post BAN - They have tried to start issues with us - all the while not ever addressing their own.

User security is key, so unfortunately any requests to and from KodiCableNetwork on our servers will be denied by our firewall due to a new security policy
so that we don't get user data just randomly comporomised.
It saddens us that it came to this - but if they believe that a domain cert is enough with zero moderation and curation policies,
it just cannot fly and will not be allowed, and will henceforth be blocked. Plus you kinda gotta plan ahead.

They also CANNOT take a joke, our CDN will have a file with info specifically  here
